Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of the letter from the Department of Traffic of the Eastern Region, Computer Division No. (194835) dated (11/9/1440), which referred to the letter of His Excellency the Director of the General Directorate of Traffic No. (188806) dated (1/9/1440) on the qualification of car showrooms and the like, from distributors' agents and from their licenses to engage in vehicle registration activity, issuance of driving licenses and transfer of ownership.
His Excellency also requested the completion of all the formal procedures stipulated in the Traffic Regulations, its executive regulations and the instructions stated before registering vehicles.
The registration of vehicles must be made by qualified Saudi employees as much as possible, and the procedures shall be carried out through the application of the identity of both the seller and the buyer and under the supervision of the owner of the exhibition or his representative and fill the gaps through which the breach of security.
Therefore, all car dealerships operating in the Eastern Province must adhere to the system.
